Kanchanaburi Trek I spent a quick day in Bangkok and signed up for a two day one night trek to the Kanchanaburi region. This was the booby prize because I was unable to plan a trip to Cambodia. It was a very unorganized trek, nothing like what we had for the northern trek. We were herded from van to van, from sight to sight in a whirlwind of confusion. And it is hard to call it a trek as we had very little hiking involved. But it enabled us to see these things that would be tough to do on your own.
