Angkor Temple Region
This temple was very peaceful. I didn't want to leave the sanctuary of it's interior.

Mostly because of all the selling selling that goes on outside all of the temples. Positioned in front of every sight would be nests of women selling drinks, t-shirts, tablecloths, carvings, etc.

They are all quiet when no one is around. Then one of them spots you. A foreigner! She yells, "Helooooo, mister... you buy my shirt?!". Then hordes of them chime in and come running, "Mister, you buy my tablecloth?!"

They are very persistent, and all the cackling started getting pretty irritating after a while. They are not allowed into the ruins themselves so there is always sanctuary there. If only there were back doors to escape from.
You are here...
